For the purposes of the Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to CatchMeOutdoors include www.catchmeoutdoors.com. The CatchMeOutdoors website is a online directory site. By using the CatchMeOutdoors website, your consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your retail order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Full payment is required during the initial booking of the trip. No down or partial payments will be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will notify you through email and ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

Trip Cancellation Policy

Trips that are cancelled by the customer are non refundable unless the customer purchases trip insurance, in which case the trip would be covered by the CatchMeOutdoors insurance carrier.

Trips cancelled by the Outfitter/Guide for reasons pertaining to but not limited to weather or personal matters will be refunded to the customer in full.

All refunds will be processed the day of the cancellation. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to post to your account.

Return Policy

Tangible items that are unused may be returned within 30 days of the date purchased. When a qualifying item is returned, we will refund the cost of the item plus sales tax, minus shipping/handling costs incurred by CatchMeOutdoors and any applicable restocking fee. Unused items may be exchanged for a similar item of the same cost. Returns not resulting from an error we made in filling your order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item that is not returned in the condition in which it was received or has obvious signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.

CatchMeOutdoors will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on behalf of CatchMeOutdoors. In all other instances, the customer will incur any shipping cost required to return accessories or instruments to CatchMeOutdoors. Any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received must be reported within 30 days of shipment; we cannot honor any claims made after that time. If an item appears to have been damaged during shipment, please retain all packing materials, as the carrier may need to inspect them.
